Case:
Studio Feder
Studio Feder is a sustainable brand designing and selling aesthetic textiles.
Founded in their very first version of their e-commerce platform, Simon helped roll out a new and improved platform, which supports the brand and secures future growth in both Denmark and abroad.
Studio Feder wanted to use already existing platforms and wanted to support continuous development and growth of the platform, without workload going thorugh the roof. Digital design, technology and integrations between the different platforms secured a launch of two separated Shopify store fronts in Danish and English.
Simple and measurable focus areas.
Informal discussions developed into strategic dialogues, which defined the direction for a brand new e-commerce platform. The platform should be scalable thorugh continuous extensions to new markets. Buy and return process should be simple and manageable both customers and the business. And finally; the platform should integrate smoothly with already existing and used platforms within the business.
Integration with
existing platforms
Having an already well-oiled IT infrastructure, it was easily deciced that a new Shopify platform, should integrate smoothly with those existing systems. Shopify was integrated with Traede, E-conomic, Webshipper and Mailchimp. For payment gateways Shopify Payments catered for international customers, while Quickpay in Denmark secured easy payments with eg. Dankort and Mobilepay.
Smooth
Merchandising
To minimize the amount of content production for both English and Danish translations, Traede was used as the unifying CMS/PIM platform, which both published to its own B2B store front and to separate Shopify store fronts in two different languages.
The unified content production limited the management and maintenance, while to separated Shopify store fronts give the full flexibility for diversified brand presentations in the different market.
Scalable platform
Individual Shopify store fronts and simple IT architecture is securing that the platform is structured for continuous scaling.
Simple merchandising
Unifying merchandising for both B2B and danish/english B2C store fronts i Traede, several birds were killed with one stone.
System Integrations
Integration with multiple established platforms - Shopify, Traede, E-conomic, Mailchimp m.v. - is securing operations.
Great Customer Journeys
Customers are met with solid customer experiences without surprises. Just like anyone in the operating business.
Automation
Through solid system integrations most processes have been automised. To minimise the amount of manual work.
Brand & identity
Studio Feder’s brand and identity was implemented in an advanced 2.0 theme, securing the visual representation.
